Every project starts from the 2D drawing. Rooms are built to their clear sizes, outer walls at 9 inches and inner walls at 4½ inches, with doors, windows, stairs and floor heights placed as drawn.

Yes. Industrial buildings such as warehouses, factory sheds and plants are modelled from the layout with bays, column grids, docks, mezzanines and clear heights, so owners, lenders and contractors can review the space before construction. They are quoted per project.
Walls, doors, windows and stairs are placed from the dimensions on your drawing, so room sizes match the plan. Finishes are representative unless you choose the interiors add-on.
No. The link opens in any modern browser on phones, tablets and laptops. On a computer they use the arrow keys; on a phone they use the on-screen pad and touch.
Quantities such as bricks, plaster, tiles and paint are calculated from the modelled walls and floors, so they follow your plan closely. Structural items like steel and beam sizes still need your structural engineer.
Yes. Your drawings and your model stay private. A project is only shown in the portfolio with your permission.
